All orders are sent by Australia Post, with tracking and you can track your order at www.auspost.com.au/track

We endeavour to produce & send all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order but this is not guaranteed. If you need an order urgently, or by a certain date, please let us know when you place your order and we will confirm if this is possible. Where practicable we do try to fulfill these requests but it is not always possible.
